Terms & Conditions — Jeeto Cash

Welcome to Jeeto Cash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jeeto Cash mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering, downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use Jeeto Cash. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete. Jeeto Cash may require identity verification (KYC) for certain features, deposits, or withdrawals as required by law or payment partners.

2. Services & Game Mechanics

Jeeto Cash is a spin-and-earn platform where users can add funds (in Indian Rupees - ₹), participate in spins and other game features, win cash prizes, and withdraw real money subject to the terms and conditions below. Features, rewards, odds, and availability may change at Jeeto Cash’s discretion.

3. Deposits, Balance & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions are in Indian Rupees (₹). Important rules:

• Deposits: You may add funds using supported payment methods. Deposit availability and limits depend on the payment provider.
• Wallet Balance: Credits (winnings, bonuses) will be shown in your in-app wallet. Some credits (promotions/bonuses) may be non-withdrawable until wagering conditions are met — refer to in-app terms for each promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawable amount may vary. Typical minimum is ₹500 (subject to change in-app).
• Processing: Withdrawals are processed via approved partners (UPI, Bank). Processing times vary by method and partner; Jeeto Cash is not responsible for delays or fees charged by banks or payment providers.
• KYC & Limits: Jeeto Cash may require KYC verification for withdrawals or deposits above regulatory thresholds or as required by payment partners. Failure to complete KYC may delay or block withdrawals.
• Fees & Taxes: Any bank fees, payment gateway fees, or applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise specified in-app.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or referrals.

Jeeto Cash reserves the right to suspend, withhold, or close accounts that engage in prohibited conduct. Winnings obtained through abuse or fraud may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions, referral rewards, and bonuses are subject to specific rules (wagering, time limits, withdrawability) displayed when the promotion is offered. Jeeto Cash may modify or cancel promotions at any time. Promotional credits may be non-withdrawable until conditions are satisfied.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, logos, trademarks, and software are Jeeto Cash’s property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Suspension & Termination

Jeeto Cash may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or legal reasons. On termination, Jeeto Cash may withhold pending balances for investigation. Final decisions rest with Jeeto Cash and, where applicable, our payment partners.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeeto Cash disclaims all warranties (explicit or implied). Jeeto Cash is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of expected earnings. Maximum liability to you will be limited to amounts you have paid to Jeeto Cash (if any) in the prior 6 months, except where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of Jeeto Cash also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. By using the Service you consent to processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts sitting in New Delhi, India. Parties will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before initiating legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

Jeeto Cash may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted in-app or notified to users. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Taxes & Compliance

Users are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from winnings or payments received through Jeeto Cash. Jeeto Cash may report transactions or user information to tax authorities or comply with legal requests as required by law.
